Xiaomi Redmi Note 8: Will the device be able to make room with the price and camera?

Xiaomi has launched 4 phones in the 8th series of Redmi, while 6 months ago, it had brought the same number of phones in the 7th series of Redmi. Due to this, people have got heaps of options between 6 thousand and 16 thousand rupees. But is there anything new in the 8th series?

In a month, Xiaomi has launched 4 phones in the 8th series of Redmi, while 6 months ago she had brought the same number of phones in the 7th series of Redmi. Due to this, people have got heaps of options between 6 thousand and 16 thousand rupees. But is there anything new in the 8th series? Did Xiaomi not play this bet to remain No. 1 in the rising challenge?

Seeing the Redmi Note 8, at first glance, the 'Redmi Note 7' Pro is remembered. The same 6.3-inch full HD Plus display size and resolution. An attempt has been made to change the design of the notch and different from the branding of Redmi below. The display comes with vibrant colors and contrast. The front and back have Gorilla Glass 5 protection. That is, the phone will not scratch quickly. Fingerprint sensor and FaceAnalock get sharp as expected. The glossy panel also makes the phone look premium.

The strength of the Note 8 is its 4 rear cameras. We saw the same camera pattern in Reality 5 Pro as well. 48 MP main lens, 8 MP wide-angle camera, and 2-2 MP micro and depth sensor. The camera performance impressed us. The 48 MP results came out the same way as seen in 'Note 7 Pro'. Meaning- Good detail and good color in pictures. However for 48 MP, you have to select the option, otherwise, the photo will come in 12 MP resolution. You can see the difference between the two and zoom the photos.

Portrait shots come good during the day. The noise comes at night. Wide-angle photos also went well. New users may find it a bit difficult to find the option of macro shots. It is highlighted by an icon at the top in the camera app. The macro lens is meant to capture an object closely and does its job well. Low-light shots can be brought better with night mode. The results of the 13 MP front camera were not as good. There was a problem focusing. Noise also appeared in the pictures. Video recording is up to 4K. Image stabilization is also available, even though it was average.

The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset. This is an upgrade version of 660. We had experienced this in Reality 5 and Vivo U10 as well. Daily use with 6 + 128 GB is not a problem, but it did not feel as strong during gaming, while in Vivo U10 we got good gaming with this processor. The user interface is clean, but pre-loaded apps are prone to repeated notifications. When we are not using any app, then why notification? The battery of 4 thousand mAh is strong. It goes on all day. The Type C port and fast charger also become full in 2 hours.

cost

6 + 128 GB = 12,999
4 + 64 GB = 9,999

What new

The rear is the first series of Xiaomi with 4 cameras. If you are a professional, you can make good use of macro lenses.

How economical?

Redmi Note 8 makes its camera, display, and battery stand true. Performance is average. Taking the 4GB variant may be the right decision.
