What can you eat:

- Whole grains, oats, gram flour, coarse grains, and other high fiber foods. If ever pasta or noodles are to be eaten, then raw vegetables or sprouted pulses should be eaten with them.

- Uncooked milk, yogurt, whey, etc.

- More fiber vegetables: Peas, legumes, cabbage, spinach, green leafy vegetables.

- Pulses with the peel.

- Omega 3 fatty acid oils. Reduce the use of indigenous ghee, butter, vegetable oil, etc.

- Papaya, apple, orange, guava, etc. can be eaten comfortably. Fruits like mangoes, bananas, and grapes have more sugar and should be eaten less.

Apart from this, a diabetic patient should also eat all these in a fixed quantity. If you eat them too much, then the sugar will increase. Also, sugar-free things should not be eaten too much.
