Love yourself/Care yourself



Being happy is the secret of a successful life. God has given many benefits and goodness to man. Man is a creature that has an immense ability to think and understand. Who does not want to live or waste life simply? Every person has a very strong desire to succeed, to do something, and to get an identity of his own. Some people increase this desire day by day and some people suppress it for fear of society or labor. But by asking yourself, see who does not want to live a life in which people love you and recognize you. There are many reasons for success such as strong determination, hard work, dreaming, and working towards fulfilling them, truth, honesty, ability to take risks, etc.


But there is also a factor of success that we often ignore and that is to love ourselves. To love oneself and to respect oneself is a very strong quality of successful people.

Ever sit back and think about whom do you love the most? whom do you love most? If you ask this matter, the answer will usually be as many people as my parents, my children, my spouse, etc. If you think deeply, you will get an answer to this question which you will be able to accept hardly. And the answer is 'by yourself'. Yes! You love yourself the most in this world. If seen, then we do every small thing and the biggest thing for our happiness only? Whether it is to get married, to do a job, to be a mother, to help someone, to make someone sad, whatever. Yes! The only difference lies in the source of happiness, some get happiness by giving happiness to others and some get happiness from others. Didn't Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and many social reformers of the world think of their happiness? Undoubtedly though, these were people who were happy to see others happy. Some people consider it inappropriate to love themselves because people often have the impression that the person who loves themselves is selfish and cannot love others. So the answer to this is that it can never be wrong to love oneself because a person who does not love himself cannot truly love anyone else. How can one who is not satisfied with himself keep someone else satisfied?

To love oneself means to refine oneself, to discover the goodness within you, to gain respect for oneself, to keep one's self-statement positive, to keep herself motivated and to take responsibility for every good and bad incident that has happened to herself. Always remember that you will be able to share love and respect to others only when you have that thing in abundance. It is as natural to love yourself as it is to breathe. It is also said in the Bible that we should love others as much as we do ourselves. But sometimes we forget to love ourselves. The famous psychologist Sigmund Freud mentions two types of instinct in humans, one constructive and one destructive. Some people display their feelings in a constructive way, those people get pleasure by doing good work and by destroying some people and hurting others. If you are doing any destructive work, making yourself depressed and disappointed with your life then you do not love yourself. A person who does not love himself cannot give love to others, because unless you try any emotion on yourself, you will not taste it yourself, how will you present it better to others. To love oneself does not mean ‘I’, but it means recognizing your goodness and getting out of it and growing yourself in the right sense. In psychiatry too, for the treatment of depressed and depressed patients from their lives, they are asked to remove the meaninglessness in order to find the purpose of their life. Just think what would be the mood in which a man is determined to commit suicide? Such a situation arises only and only when a man has no attachment to himself. He starts hating himself for some reason and punishes himself. So think How important it is to love yourself because on the day you stop loving yourself your life will not even exist because ‘it is impossible that one should love God but not love oneself’.
