Tulsidas ji has said in Aranyakand that-

Guru Pad Pankaj Seva Teesri Bhagati Aman.

Guru Binu Bhav Nidhi Tarai Which Birnchi Sankar Sama Hoyi.

Saint Guru has said in the glory of Guru that-

Give the head to the Guru, even if he is cheap.

Be it the door to salvation or the path of spirituality, the success of every path achieves its goal with the blessings of the Guru. Even God is not available without a Guru only then the status of Guru is superior to God.
